  • CLUB ALWAYS by Precise is a loyalty program operated by the Precise Hotel Collection.
  • When registering through the online form, new members will be issued a membership number. Membership numbers are not transferable and may only be used by the registered member. Benefits can only be claimed for bookings made in the name of a member.
  • CLUB ALWAYS membership benefits are only applicable to direct bookings made by phone, email or website (Precise Resorts). The benefits are not applicable to bookings via third party vendors/tour operators.
  • The benefits are also valid for arrangements/packages. Not combinable with other offers/discounts.
  • CLUB ALWAYS members will profit from the benefits for all future bookings from the moment you register. Benefits/discounts cannot be claimed retroactively.
  • Precise Hotels & Resorts GmbH reserves the right to change the program structure, services and other features, including the terms and conditions, or terminate the CLUB ALWAYS at any time.
